- One project can hold several outcomes with shared study details, stable IDs and linked exports.
- Informant, subjective rater and calculation are separate; allocation awareness rules were clarified.
- Decision status, rationale, owner and review date are explicit. Additional occasions are supported.
- Oversized imported fields fail explicitly instead of being silently shortened. Legacy plans open with new decisions flagged.
- The offline checker reconciles an independent roster, schedule and definitions; detects absent/extra rows and score-range errors; retains late observations with warnings.
- The filled fictional project contains two outcomes, 16 assessments, a protocol, analysis, linked logs and Word/Excel companions.
